Read Our E-newsletters!

As Ontario’s top culinary experience, as selected by the Ontario Culinary Tourism Association, we offer a host of delicious dining options featuring local foods, culinary getaways and tasting experiences in every season.
Every Saturday in February and March we offer delicious tasting events. Each tasting is a unique, intimate experience lead by a local culinary expert. The tastings are not only delicious but also informative – from a behind the scenes workshop on truffle making to pairing fruit wines with aphrodisiacs (celebrate it with your Valentine) and pairing teas with Ontario honey or savouring organic maple syrup tapped by a local producer in spring.
Or hone your culinary skills starting in April with Neil Baxter, famed chef at Rundles, who offers Weekend Cooking Classes.
Why not choose a weekend package and select a tasting or cooking class to add to your Stratford experience.
