In 1998 we were named by Communities in Bloom as the Most Beautiful City in the World, National Winner in 2006 and in 2008 Stratford was named Canada's Best Blooming Community and won the International Challenge competing against North American, British and Japanese cities of it size. We offer 115 acres of formal parkland planted with over 80,000 annuals, green grassy carpets along the Avon River and a host of formal gardens with a further 60 acres of nature areas.
