Utilizing the Oceanwise program ensures the long-term health and stability of our fish, as well as the greater marine ecosystem. Most of our greens, vegetables and supplies are "100 mile friendly". We only use non trans fat oil and offer many healthy choices to enjoy. All of our utensils, containers and paper are recyclable or compostable and biodegradable. We are creating new and innovative ways to prepare fresh and tasty food that are good for you and good for the environment!
