Join us at Langdon Hall to celebrate everything maple in honour of the great Canadian spring tradition of the maple harvest. Langdon Hall is in the midst of producing our own maple syrup from the maple trees found throughout our 200 acre property. We invite you to come celebrate our harvest with us. The day will be filled with fun and informative events and delicious maple themed treats will be featured throughout the day. The Tapping the Maples event package can be easily added to your overnight country retreat package.
Tapping the Maples Itinerary:
2:00 - 3:45 Two, hands on cooking demonstration featuring Executive Sous Chef Victor deGuzman and Executive Chef Jonathan Gushue
4:00 Check in (we would be pleased to store your luggage should your room not be ready upon your arrival).
4:30 "Sugar Bush"
6:00-9:30 Dinner reservations

-Experience the harvest first hand with a trip to our backyard "Sugar Bush" on Maple Lane. Delectable treats will be enjoyed by all.
-Finish the evening with an upgrade to a four course menu which has been prepared with our maple harvest in mind with delights being featured from the sea, forest, field and farm.
