Each year there are Savour Stratford’s Signature Events, which highlight the Stratford Chefs School and their graduates, Stratford’s talented chefs and restaurants, the region’s farmers and our guest Celebrity Chef.

• BBQ, Blues and Brews - Southern Style
  The Saturday night party with authentic Southern BBQ street food, live music and craft beer
• Sunday Signature Tasting
  Pairing regional producers with talented local chefs who create tasty morsels along with Ontario VQA wines and craft beers under a lovely dining tent Is the Sunday highlight
• Friday Night Opening Ceremonies
  Kick off the weekend with a communal street dinner and party
