A Winter Warm-up Cooking Class, November 26, 2 pm (lunch) and 6 pm (dinner), Stone Maiden Inn, $99. Join Chef Mark Brown for a hands-on class on creating winter comfort foods.
Christmas Wines and Cheese, November 26, 3 – 5 pm, The Milky Whey Fine Cheese Shop, $45. Wine sommelier, Bob Latham and affineur, Liz Payne introduce you to a selection of wine and cheese pairings perfect for Christmas feasting
Beer & Chocolate Pairing, December 3, 3 - 5 pm, Stone Maiden Inn, $30. Celebrated candy maker Kristene Steed and Chef Mark Brown guide you through a unique tasting of Ontario Craft Microbrews and Rheo Thompson chocolates.                      
Mastering Risotto, December 3, 1 - 3 pm, Turnbull & Stewart, free (register on-line). A complimentary tasting workshop with Chef David Callan demonstrates the simple steps that will help you master making risotto.
Making Christmas Cookies at the Stone Maiden Inn, December 4, 11 am - 2pm, Stone Maiden Inn, $59. Working with our chef de cuisine, Mark Brown, you will prepare a variety of cookies to share with friends and family. Cost per guest includes hands-on instruction and a take-home assortment of 4 dozen cookies.
