Roasted fresh each week by Las Chicas Del Café roasters Maria & Valeria who make their home in London, Ontario, our high altitude, shade grown, hand harvested beans come to us directly from their family farm La Union in Nicaragua.
Cappucinos, lattes, espresso, French Press, americanos, teas from Stratford’s Tea Leaves, and Italian sodas in summer are only some of the beverages we serve. NEW: Cold Extraction Ice Coffee. Along with coffee prepared by experienced baristas our “revelers” enjoy delicious pastry and savouries baked on site.
